 On October 4, Austin Mayor Kirk Watson joined community leaders, attorneys, and community-based nonprofit organizations for the kick off celebration of Texas C-BAR at a community development block party. The party was held in front of a home recently built by Guadalupe Neighborhood Development Corporation in Austin and sold to a first-time home buyer. See the full article.
