This course will help you determine whether forming a CDC or CDFI is the right step for your community.
How to Clear Title to Land: A Primer for Nonprofit Community Development Corporations
This workshop will provide an overview of pre-foreclosure and post-foreclosure processes available to help nonprofits clear title to land for development as affordable housing. This presentation will include information on a Texas statute which provides a special remedy for nonprofits to clear title when all the heirs to property cannot be found. This workshop is a must attend for any nonprofit trying to develop land for affordable housing.
